Who we are

This website is operated by Vicron Tech Ltd, an independent software company based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy-related question, contact us at hello@vicron.tech.

What data we collect and why

Contact form submissions

When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is stored securely to allow us to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with third parties.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how this site is used — pages visited, time on page, and general location (country level). IP addresses are anonymised before being sent to Google. This helps us understand what content is useful and improve the site.

Legal basis: consent (you can withdraw it at any time — see below).

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy.

Cookies

We only set cookies if you consent to analytics. No cookies are set for advertising, tracking across other sites, or any other purpose.

Managing your consent

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) and expires automatically — after 6 months if you accepted, or after 1 week if you declined. Once expired, the banner reappears so you can make a fresh choice.

You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time:

Data retention

  • Contact form data is retained until manually deleted, and reviewed periodically.
  • Analytics data is retained for 14 months within Google Analytics (configured at the account level).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@vicron.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

Supervisory authority

If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) , the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
